Our bathhouse is under construction and will provide each tenant with a private room with toilet and lav. Also coming is a communal kitchen and tv/game room. This neighborhood is designed to provide tenants with private and neatly kept housing. Ski and bike trails lead directly to the University of Alaska Fairbanks (about 3 miles).

- Semi-furnished option: 75.00/month. Includes, sofa bed, table, chairs, nightstand, desk.
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Directions: Parks Hwy towards Ester. After Gold Hill Liqour and the Blue Loon, turn right on Goldhill Road. Turn left on Henderson (it's the first pave road) and go about one mile up the hill. Turn right on Judge Arend and go to the end. You are on the property once you PASS Lemon Lane. If it's snowy, stop at the cabin and walk down unless you have a 4x4.
